In this case, the bent area of the L shape bulges, and before welding, it is necessary to grind down the bulged part, which requires additional labor. By cutting the material in advance to create a depression in the bulging area, we can eliminate the bulge after bending. We have manufactured ambulance parts for university hospitals!

While confirming the current vehicle, we held discussions with the customer and created parts for an ambulance intended for a university hospital from scratch. There were troubles such as specification changes during production and issues arising after parts were installed, but it provided us with a valuable experience that was different from producing products with existing drawings.
